We are grateful that so many in the community are trusting Chill Counseling. However, this has resulted in limited availability. It is important to be consistent, especially at the beginning of counseling. All individual clients must be able to meet at least every two weeks. Additionally, clients must be able to maintain their scheduled appointments; (Below please indicate your understanding of this commitment by listing which times you can consistently be available to meet.)

E.g., "Any day after 4 pm" or "Tuesdays before noon, Wednesdays anytime"
