Each of our clinicians has their fees and methods of payment listed on their bio. Please confirm that you understand the investment per session for the clinicians you selected.

Yes, I have read and understand the investment and whether or not the clinician(s) selected will take insurance, self-pay, or other methods.

We offer a limited number of reduced investment sessions for those with demonstrated financial hardship. FYI: Generally, you can expect to begin with 2-4 sessions per month (weekly or every other week) and gradually reduce the number of sessions as you and your clinician make plans for your graduation from therapy/coaching.

The fee is not a negotiation. The reduction is to help provide access to therapy for those in the community who may not otherwise be able to afford it. As such, it is important that we only reduce fees if there is legitimate need, rather than a desire to pay less. If we move forward and there is a space available at your needed fee, we may request documentation of that need prior to scheduling.

If you will be requesting a reduced investment rate, please indicate below the amount MONTHLY that you can invest in your sessions.

We will use this to determine whether we can accommodate your needs or will refer you outside the practice.

If you plan to use your insurance benefits (and verified on the website whether the selected clinician is in network with your insurance), please enter your insurance information below. To be clear, most of our clinicians are not in network with insurance companies so please pay attention to the “investment” section of the bio of each clinician you are interested in meeting.

Counselor interns may also be able to match co-pays. Please enter the insurance company, your member ID, and date of birth ONLY if you are meeting with a counselor intern or with a therapist who accepts your insurance per their bio.
